I had to do a credit card dispute, and a corporate complaint through the app just to try to get a refund. Terrible customer service and no accountability. Sucks because I love other Domino’s, but stay away. Update: a person from the restaurant finally answered, but then hung up as soon as I said I had a question about an existing order. I doubt people look at these reviews before they place an order, but if you’re here because you feel screwed over, just know you’re not alone. And use the corporate complaint email form. I feel like that’s the only way to get relief from this awful location.
