My 12 year old grandson and I walked in to get some pizza after leaving the Savanna Bananas/Indianapolis Clowns baseball game, as our hotel was close by and this was about the only option at near 11pm on a Saturday. We walked in and after standing there a minute or two a man yelled at us stating “they ain’t taking no more orders” and then just kind of smirked at us. He didn’t look professional and didn’t look like he worked there, no uniform, etc. so we waited for someone behind the counter to address us. No one did and he just kept yelling at us and things started to escalate. I finally asked him if he worked there and he said he was security. Again he didn’t look like a professional security guard so I asked the staff behind the counter if it were true and no additional orders were being taken and just got a slight nod yes from one of the two working in sight. He continued to escalate his position with us and then got really upset when I told him if he were security and was supposed to be delivering this message he could do it in a much more professional manner. We left and my grandson couldn’t believe how out of line and rude he was. Beyond that the staff were very unresponsive as well, and those who were waiting for orders already placed did not look happy nor did any of them speak. Not sure why no more orders were being taken over two hours prior to closing, but if that is the case you need to find a better way to communicate it, and deal with your so called security guard.

I placed my order expecting the timely service and quality experience that Domino’s promotes to its customers. Unfortunately, my food was not delivered until approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes after I placed the order. The excessive delay was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of communication and customer support regarding the delay. I understand that unexpected issues can happen; however, customers should still receive updates, professionalism, and consideration when delays occur. By the time my order arrived, the overall experience had become unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected much better service and accountability from your team. I hope this matter is taken seriously so improvements can be made to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate consideration for a full refund due to the significant delay and poor service experience. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
