  I’ve ordered from this Domino’s multiple times, both for delivery and pickup, and I’m extremely disappointed with the consistent poor service and lack of care. The biggest issue is the wait time. Every single order takes twice as long (or more) than the estimated time shown online. This has happened repeatedly, whether I order for pickup or delivery. Even worse is the food handling and quality control. I’ve witnessed staff touching food directly with bare hands without gloves. Tonight (Thursday, May 14, around 12:37 AM), one of the pizza boxes had clearly fallen, the cheese was scattered everywhere and stuck all over inside of the box. Instead of remaking or replacing it, they simply sent it out as-is for a customer order. An older man was also handling/stocking the pickup and delivery orders on the shelf. The entire staff at this location comes across as careless and indifferent to customers. There’s zero attention to hygiene, quality, or basic standards. It feels like they just want to get orders out the door regardless of condition. Very disappointed

  Took forever to answer the phone and after they answered I was on hold for VERY long time I hung up and called again to get service but as soon as he picked up the phone I was placed on hold VERY quick i wasn't even able to a word out...very unhappy with the customer service.

  I usually go for delivery and 9 times out of 10 they take too long and I am left with a cold pizza

  Probably the worst Dominos in the world , it is in America undoubtedly . I bought 2 pizza from there they barely put any sauce on them and probably somebody was counting the cheese shreds on them each one of my pizzas have about 7 hair thin cheeses on them , I will never never return back there .

  This location has to be a joke! & someone here is stealing from customers. If it’s happened to me I know it’s happen to someone else and maybe it’s been overlooked by the customer. I’m advising now to look into this or I will contact the police and the news outlets to get this location on the news and spread awareness about this issue! I placed an order, left clear instructions for the delivery that weren’t followed, along 2nd number for my Wife that was also ignored. I’m a Restaurant General Manager & was at work when this order was placed so I knew I wouldn’t be available. Never received our order! I called the restaurant & spoke with a manager who told me “Joseph” told him he sat the order in the hallway by the mailboxes! Seriously! Nasty & unsanitary! Why would you even leave a customers food on the ground!? You train your staff to do that and expect business? I even had our apartment # on the instructions, he didn’t even try to knock. The manager I spoke with advised me he issued a refund, I had to turn around and spend $50 more dollars at another establishment. Now almost 24hrs later I just received notification from my bank of a $10 extra charge as a tip! I never authorized a tip! Never seen a driver or received our food why would I tip. Your staff takes it upon themselves to deliver however they chose & steals from customers. I called the restaurant on 5/3 to speak with the GM or someone over the restaurant. The manager called the GM and I was told she wasn’t available to talk until tomorrow. Something like this doesn’t wait until tomorrow, so yet again I’m getting the run around. Ridiculous!
