Picked up the Double Bacon Cheeseburger combo late one night after hanging out with friends. Incredibly tasty sandwich, loaded with everything you'd want. You'd expect the usual fast-food disappointment where the burger looks nothing like the picture on the board, but this spot completely defied that. Every time our group has swung by, the food has been just as appealing to look at as it is to eat. The family that runs the place always has warm smiles ready, no matter how late it gets. Turned a random late-night craving into a genuinely great stop.
This was my 2nd visit to this location the 1st visit they got a pass because they just opened this time not...the service is horrible the employees dont know what's going ( if you have to ask me what i ordered instead of looking at the receipt that's an issue) the manager is just as clueless as he's asking what's going on at the window its obvious I'm waiting for the drinks that they asked me about overall customer service is a big issue here you might want to have some training or your location will probably close due to lack of customers

This was the worst experience I ever had & I come here a lot I will never be back , the lady at the drive threw lydiana was so disrespectful and rude I asked for a well done hotdog it was literally freezing cold not cooked at all , wen I said something to lydiana she literally slammed the window in my face after she already was super rude n wouldn’t let me order she got mad because I asked her what was the 2 for $5 options , if I could put zero stars I would
While the physical location is Pleasant, the staff are uninterested, indifferent and lazy. Customer convenience is clearly not on their mind, as you will have to ask for everything, such as napkins, cup lids, cup carriers, etc. If you order a blizzard through the drive through, be prepared to have a leaking mess all over you by the time you get home as they dont mind overfilling the cups. (Which I would love if I ate AT the location Instead! Why overfill a drive through order?)
4+ workers were visibly doing nothing in view, while the car line is almost around the building (its a small place but thats still kinda crazy). I dont know what the manager was doing mid parking lot with a clipboard, but greeting customers doesn't excuse poor service and unprofessional behavior.
This was the 3rd visit with similar experiences, and its definitely odd that I can get better and friendlier service from a much older and worn down location that's been going for almost 20 years likely by the same individual roughly 20/30 minutes from this location.
I had a really long night at work and ended up not eating the entire day. I really wanted a burger and decided to go here. Now the line was long, which was too be expected as it's a new location, but when I say the food was good. THE FOOD WAS GOOD. The team members here are rock stars and not only did they make my night, they gave me the sustenance to continue. My will to live restored and a night crying in bed with a cheese burger deluxe, flamethrower chicken stripes, fries and a Reece's Peanutbutter blizzard to comfort me. You cannot not tell me you can't buy happiness because it certainly did tonight. Thank, Dairy Queen.
