  They have officially lost their license to "chill". This place is chaotic, and will inevitably mess up your order, even when you are clear about what you want. Tonight was actually strike 4. The first strike was the only time we had dined in and one item was not made correctly, when pointed out the girl just acted indifferent and didnt offer to fix it. The last 2 times we had paid for additions we weren't given and tonight I was given a flavor that I had verbally corrected them on twice. You really have to wonder if anyone is actually paying attention. Burgers are usually good, and that's pretty much the only thing consistent that's positive. Kind of lame overall.

  This place doesnt even deserve a star very poor customer service! Waited at the desk for over 10 mins not once did someone say Ill be with you in one moment! I asked the girl at the drive thru if front desk is open and she said sorry they are extremely busy there was one single car in the drive thru and then me in the lobby if that is busy then you need new employees....
