The “manager” who supposedly was working the drive thru allowed me to sit at the window for going on 10 mins, looked at me multiple times and continued to ignore me even though the app had notified me my order was ready. I finally had to honk my horn to get him to come over. He said “he was behind on bagging orders” and after I explained to him that I’m the customer who had an order ready and his job should be to service the customer not ignore them he just stared blankly at me. Refused to give me his name. Absolutely unreal

One worker actually doing work. 4 others sitting around having some sort of meeting? Is dinner time the best time to have a random meeting?
