Never come over to the window when you pull up. Tonight they were standing around talking, when I pulled up they started "working" and looked over in my face, kept working, took several minutes to come and barely spoke to me when giving me the order. Going back to the Walnut Hills location instead.

I paid for sides of chips and guacamole as well as paid to add it to my bowl. Received no guacamole. Can only assume you’re out. Love the order ahead on the app and drive through. Food was ready on time. Get home and no napkins or forks. Just incredibly frustrating when Chipotle keeps raising prices and nickel and diming customers. Let me just eat this bowl with my hands and then have nothing to wipe them with. An extra $0.50 for incredibly mid chips that taste like a bad Dorito or a weird Taco Bell chip is wild. Last thing Chipotle needs is another add on to charge customers for that isn't even good. We'll go back to making slop bowls at home that taste just as good if not better.
