  I live five minutes away, but every time I come to this Chipotle The food is old and chewy this time I ordered a bowl and only got half of the bowl. My tortillas hard as a rock that’s so why nobody goes to this Chipotle I gotta drive 10 minutes away just to get some and the staff site went in there one time asked for Stake he told me to be 10 minutes got down to the counter paid and he’s bringing out a new container of steak

  The problem I have with this location is they always seems to run out of a item when it gets towards the evening, I asked about the items by the drive thru they tell me I can’t have that unless I’m using the app. If you are the owner to this location please stop in at different times in the evening to see if your crew is fully stocked with items you pay for, because they are not going to give you a discount if they don’t have it.

  Just stopped in for a burrito. Got to the cheese department of the making line and they had no cheese I asked for them to substitute a small bit of queso and they said “I can’t substitute something that you pay for for something free”. They then had to throw away a $7 burrito because, why have a burrito without cheese?

  first time ever experience at a chipotle location that barely gives you any meat and try to charge double meat when ask for a little extra not to mention it was hardly even a normal scoop and was told that it’s been that way needless to say i just walked away was upset at myself for not taking a photo of it .. even a customer in front of me agreed the portion of meat is nowhere near normal serving

  Seems like every time I go to this location I'm waiting 30 mins plus to get my food. I always order online for pickup I work down the street and every time I show up at the time my food is supposed to be ready it's not. Also as others have mentioned already whatever you order your going to get half the amount you would get at another Chipotle. The 1st few bad experiences I wrote off as they were busy maybe short staffed I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt but I'm over it every experience there has been bad unfortunately so I just won't be going back.
