No steak, no carnitas, no fajitas, nothing but dried chicken. The cook sitting right on the front door smoking, eww. This es the second time they are out of almost everything at 8:30 and they are open until 11 pm. A joke

If I didn’t live walking distance to this Chipotle, I would never go back. I have never seen so many employees at a Chipotle that is so disjointed in the Chipotle process. It is always a mess, inside and out, they never have food ready in time or are just plain out. How do you run out of lettuce at dinner time when there isn’t even a rush? It shouldn’t take me 15 mins to go through the line when there are 7 employees and 8 customers in the line. I literally watched the cashier just walk around the restaurant while 1 employee was working through the line at a sloth’s pace, pace around, not clean up the trash, not re stock the emptied out canteen, just walked around looked at the line and then went back to the cashier station. I worked in the service industry for 4 years and if anyone worked at that pace with their lackadaisical attitude, everyone but 1 of those 7 employees would be canned. Management needs to do their job and fix this bc I’m clearly not the only one saying this exact same thing.

As a Chipotle lover, I was thrilled when this one opened close to me in Walnut Hills. I ordered from here at least 14-15x before leaving a review. This is truly the worst location I’ve ever been to. Most of the employees are rude, they are always out of something (I mean always), and often it is cold and doesn’t taste fresh. It doesn’t appear to be understaffed as a handful of people are always standing around behind the counter. The final straw was for me when I ate a cold bowl and got food poisoning. I will unfortunately not be able to eat any Chipotle for a long time. As a successful company that prides themselves on fresh ingredients and customer service, I would do a serious evaluation of this place.

Truly have never seen so many workers at a store and being out of stock of everything always, never have limited meats, corn, cheese, like it’s truly insane. But again they’ll have 10 people there doing nothing.
I live right next to this chipotle, so I try to go regularly, but it’s just not even worth the time.

A year ago, I would have said this was the best Chipotle in the city but not anymore. Never a clean table, never have the the drink station stocked, food safety standards seriously lacking 🤮
