The first was in restaurant during the dinner rush. They had three employees on takeout orders and one poor employee on the front line. No one did anything, including the manager who was sitting in the seating area. The line got almost 10 people deep before another employee came to assist. No one cares at that location (including the manager).

Stood there for 15 minutes, and had to ask again. Turns out my food was sitting in the back the entire time as I walked out and went through the drive-through, magically, it was found. Once I got home, noticed the food was cold, underserved, and tragic. I would advise going to Qdoba just five minutes away

I order usually from my DoorDash app and just pick it up but this time around when I picked it up the bag was very light which I thought was a bit odd but didn’t think much of it. When I went to go eat it after picking it up, it was very disappointing. The lettuce was black and everything added into my bowl was very little. The chicken wasn’t cut up all the way, there were chunks of fat. There were barely any beans as well as rice because when I went to go stick my fork in for rice it touched the bottom of the bowl. I’m not sure if it’s because it was a DoorDash order because I did hear the employees talking about DoorDash orders but that shouldn’t justify the lack of service.
