  They constantly mess up my online orders. If I order a quesadilla they give me everything as a side and two tortillas. Or they have made a cheese quesadilla with the protein as a side and not in the quesadilla! Like how hard is it to just make a quesadilla correctly! Today they didn’t give me my drink.

  What kind of chipotle runs out of rice and chips? Yet they still let me put in an online order with both.

  Out of all rice brown and white. Employee said it would be 30/45 mins before they had more. Very poor planning. Rice is kinda the key ingredient at chipotle. Disappointed

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle. There were two young male employees working when I visited. One was wearing glasses and working the food line, while the other was a heavier-set young man working the register. While the employee with glasses was helping me with my order, I noticed the other employee appeared visibly irritated with him. He came over, abruptly took over my order, slammed my bowl onto the counter, and aggressively asked, “What you want in your bowl?” He proceeded to put each ingredient into my bowl in a very rough manner. What bothered me even more was the way he interacted with the employee wearing glasses. From what I witnessed, it appeared that he was trying to belittle or assert dominance over him in a bullying manner. Whether that was his intention or not, that is how the interaction came across to me, and workplace bullying should never be tolerated. I was the only customer in line, and I had done absolutely nothing to warrant being treated this way. After making my bowl, the employee walked away and left the employee with glasses to finish ringing me up. The bowl had been handled so roughly that the lid was not secured properly and ended up falling off. I asked to speak with a manager, and Manager John came out and listened to what happened. He apologized and told me, “I apologize for that. I don’t know what the issue is, but I will talk to him.” I appreciate John taking the time to hear my concerns, but I believe this situation needs to be taken more seriously. I also want to be honest about something else: as a Black woman, the way I was treated made me uncomfortable enough to wonder whether race played a role. I cannot say that it did, but I can say that the interaction left me feeling that way. I am asking Chipotle management/corporate to investigate this incident, review what happened, and take appropriate corrective action. No customer should be treated with hostility, and no employee should be made to feel belittled or bullied by another employee. I sincerely hope this is addressed because bullying in the workplace should never be normalized or tolerated.

  It was around 8:15 pm. They had 7 people working but only 2 actually working. The place was a mess. The food line was dirty. The employees were loudly talking about abortion completely unaware. We were the only people in line and it took us just as long to get food as it would at another chipotle with a lunch line. Fountain pop was all coming out as water. Chicken was chewy and serving sizes were really small. We kept having to ask the worker to put a little more of every item on our bowls.
