  So, I have seen about 20 people stealing sodas, punch , every drink you can imagine . They come through the back door and fill their water bottles or any containers that they have available. They steal the napkins, forks ,or anything available in the couter. The workers are amazing putting up with the rude costumers,but there is so much they can do. They are robbing you blind!!! You should lock the back door for all the thieves that keep coming around, it's a shame. And again, the lady with the pink hair and the black guy are beyond good employees with a lot of patience. There is just so much they can do! They actually should he a raise for being so polite , but the thieves are out of control

  Yall this place is amazing there is a girl who works here her name is destiny and she was nothing short of amazing matter a fact all th workers there even the guy washing dishes they where all rlly amazing and super nice love them all 1000/10 I will be going there again and again I love this location and totally suggest you go

  This location has so many issues (the other reviews are completely true), that Chipotle customer support has stopped refunding me for missing items that I paid for. Orders around lunch time are typically 10-20 minutes late. Orders are regularly missing extras like guacamole. Chipotle support would usually compensate me for the missing items but wouldn't offer anything for the extremely late orders. I was fine with this since I would just pick up my orders later. However, Arshad from customer support declined to provide a refund for missing guacamole, saying "unfortunately, we cannot compensate every time an order isn't perfectly satisfying." I think that this isn't a case of just not being satisfying, but missing an item I paid for. When requested to escalate to supervisor, he simply stated that he would share the feedback with the support team. When I sought clarification whether or not this means a customer support supervisor would contact me, he stopped responding. If I can't count on Chipotle customer support to make things right for the regular mishaps at this location, they can't count on me as a customer anymore.

  I've been to Chipotles all over the country and few have been as bad as this one. Constantly understaffed and some employees don't seem to care. Today I waited 20 minutes past the promised time for my mobile order and it was made wrong. So I had to go back and the woman working the mobile order line was on a personal call as I was trying to get the food remade. Unprofessional and poorly trained workers really drag down this very busy location.
