- MRMac RofkarOct 8, 20261.0They claimed to be out of chips, there was NO CHEESE on the quesadilla, and they put the sides that come with the quesadilla on it! The person making take out orders was also rude and did not want to help when we told them what was wrong with the order.
- UOUnsolicited opinionsSep 27, 20261.0Ordered delivery. Very slow, and I know it wasn’t drivers fault. No guacamole on bowl. Stale chips. Ordered chili lime chips, but they had the faintest hint of seasoning. Quesadillas had nearly zero cheese in it. Usually enjoy chipotle on all my travels. Worst chipotle experience I’ve had.
- SRSa9165 RSep 16, 20261.0Food was nasty line was messy tables were dirty. There is no ice. The sodas fountain was flat and rude customer service.
- MMMaxSep 16, 20261.0Order placed 11:30am Order said would be ready at 12 Order was not given to me until 12:50.... The order was missing everything I was given a sloppy bowl with rice sour cream and RAW CHICKEN. No cheese, Lettuce, Fajitas or anything I ordered. Staff did not even call names out just silently placed them on the side of the register not even in the pick up spot. Avoid this location at all costs
- LHLora HumphreysAug 16, 20262.0Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience here today. The employees were rude throughout the entire visit, and the attitude I received made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I spent **$35** on my meal, so I expect at least basic customer service and to feel like my business is appreciated. The food was one thing, but the way I was treated really ruined the experience. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but for $35 I shouldn't have walked out feeling like I was bothering the employees just by being there. Hopefully management addresses the customer service because this could have been a much better experience.
