  I feel like anytime I order online compared to ordering in store, they short me on the portions. My double chicken burrito looked pretty small, and I’ve ordered a few double meat bowls that seemed really light too. The Colerain location does way better with their portions than this one.

  This store needs a completely new team. They think it's amusing to harass a customer who simply asked why their order wasn't ready when the app said it was ready 5 minutes prior. The employees working in the store made it into a big game of seeing if they could get every other customer in the store to laugh and yell at the customer they did not like. I felt unsafe during this experience and won't be visiting any Chipotle locations in the future. I also was not able to remain in the store long enough to get the drink I purchased, because I feared for my safety as the employees were encouraging customers to harass me, including the woman who followed me out of the store laughing and shouting at me. If I ran a corporation like this, I would immediately terminate all employees involved. Chipotle won't do that, because they don't actually care about customer service.

  I have heard terrible things about this specific chipotle and decided to try it anyways. The young female worker with reddish pink long hair truly has no business in customer service. She is rude and does not listen to you for your order and when she made the mistake have some attitude that only Jesus may be able to handle, the lady at the register didn’t help at all as far as being rude, apparently they only had large drink cups so that’s what we were charged for and was rudely told was our only option. The young man who seemed to be in training was doing his best to be friendly. Now onto the food. Terrible. Dry. Smaller portions than any other chipotle we have been to and my family loves to eat chipotle. The side of guacamole def didn’t fill the small container and not worth the price … I wouldn’t know the price of anything though because my receipt was never offered and actually torn up right in front of me. Threw our trash away to the best of our ability considering it was over flowing. Honestly I’m good at communicating about something especially while I’m paying for it and I do it with kindness. This location does not have an atmosphere that I felt you would be able to do that without craziness popping off. Get your restaurant together for the greater good PLEASE.
