- PHPierson HadfieldOct 5, 20261.0If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. I came in for lunch and ordered a kids meal with a side tortilla. From the beginning, the employee helping me (short bleached hair, glasses, shorter/stockier build) had an extremely rude attitude and acted like taking my order was an inconvenience. What really crossed the line was the side tortilla. It was already ripped, and then she DROPPED IT ON THE FLOOR and still tried to give it to me. I genuinely could not believe I was being handed food that had just touched the floor. On top of that, it was strangely folded into a square instead of the normal triangle. For the sides, I only got corn, cheese, and lettuce, yet somehow they tried charging me OVER $10 for a kids meal and a side tortilla—the same tortilla that had literally been dropped on the floor. I understand restaurants get busy and mistakes happen, but dropping someone's food on the floor and then still serving it is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The rude attitude on top of it made the entire experience even worse. Easily one of the worst experiences I've had at a Chipotle location, and management seriously needs to address this.

- AAAdaAug 30, 20261.0awful. i ordered a burrito for takeout. by the time i got home i realised it was not a burrito but a burrito bowl. the guacamole was brown (almost black) and tasted like the avocados used were rotten, infact it wasnt even guacamole it was two giant pieces of rotten avocado, with onions and cilantro sprinkled on top. twice now have they gotten my order wrong. pretty sad honestly this used to be a great location but now the food is gross and they take 30 minutes to bring out one pickup order.
