- VLVictor cabrerra Lopez4 days ago2.0This used to be a good chipotle, but it seems like it has went downhill yesterday we went in around 7 o’clock seven thirtyish and we ordered about three bowls in a burrito and all of the chicken was burnt in every bowl. It was super sad when we got home, it was disgusting and at that point we just had to throw it out, but on top of that the service was just very rude. They had a slew of young kids working there that were very impatient and didn’t listen. The girl who started the bowl had to remake it three times because she kept putting wrong items in there that I didn’t say , on top of that she came up to the register and added on the price of a random item that we didn’t even get. I didn’t notice until I checked my receipt later.

Been in the car for 6 hrs and all I thought about was getting to Ohio from Milwaukee and eating Chipotle my fav. Now I never thought that the freshness of the food, size and smell, will make me review this place right away. Little things like this matter when all you want from a long road trip it's a warm nice meal, without rude employees/ bad energy. To who ever served me today.... THANK YOU. Chipotle, THANK YOU.
