I placed an order at 6:15 yesterday in the app and used my free points for an entree. The app said it would take 15 minutes, but as soon as I pulled in it said they were running behind. I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes and the progress bar still had not moved from “received your order”. After an hour of listening to the rudest worker I have ever come across call out names and then be irritated when people asked her to say it louder so they could hear it, I look down and my app, which still said it would be ready at 6:30 (it was 7:30 at this point) had suddenly moved from received your order to complete and marked as picked up. I stood there for an hour listening to every name and know mine was not called. When I finally got the workers attention I was met with a scowl and a “yeah” while I explained the situation. They half paid attention and after 30 seconds she said “ok well what did you get?” after I had just explained it to her. At this point I was at a loss for words and asked for a refund to which they would not even help me with. Instead I was given the 1-800 chipotle number I normally would not write reviews like this but my grandmother has been in the hospital and I am just not having a good week. This worker’s attitude and unwillingness to help me made me never want to return and just honestly made an awful day even worse.
