- THTaylor Hulgin4 days ago3.0I walked in this morning at approximately 10:50 am. They open at 10:45 and I was told that he was not ready to serve yet, it would be another five minutes. Why open at 10:45 if you’re not ready to serve until almost 11 o’clock? He then proceeded to make an online order while I was still standing there waiting to be served. I felt very unwelcome the second I walked in.
- ADAmanda dOct 7, 20265.0Today was one of those days when everything seems be going wrong and the staff at this location completely turned that around for me. I was running late to pick up my kids but needed to eat so I stopped. Everyone was fast, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Then as I was getting into the car my purse tipped and my belongings fell into the sewer grate beside my car. Needless to say I was upset. I went back in and asked to use a phone so I could call for help. Not needed however because one young man came from the back and the two young ladies up front came out to see what they could do as well. This team of workers saved me hundreds of dollars today rescuing my things! He literally lifted the grate out of the ground himself,and Seyma one of the workers was able to retrieve my stuff for me. Totally not part of their job, but they still saw my distress and saved the day! I wish I had gotten the other two workers names. You have a wonderful team of compassionate and helpful young adults here. Thank you all so much for going way above and beyond for a total stranger!!

No ice and drinks were warm from the machine. No soap and paper towels in both man and ladies bathrooms. Garbage overflowing. Very bad experience..... One thing is sure - they were not understaffed, noticed 8 employees and didn't seem to be very busy at 3:30pm.

I’ve tried getting in contact with the store and online help and can’t get through to anything besides pepper chat and it’s trying to give me a free drink and queso? I don’t want that. Also the store had no forks out and the drink area was disgusting I get better service at the Glenway location shockingly!
