Our streak and chicken were cold by the time we got home(we were 5 minutes away) it was around 6pm we went they didnt have half the line and were out of a bunch of stuff. Not worth the $20 or whatever it costed. I will say its not the worst Chipotle experience ive had or been to
- DGDavid Gudmundson2 days ago1.0When I ordered there was a young man named Daniel at the rice station. He was ignoring me while I was ordering and got my son's quesadilla wrong. When I annoyingly told the person at the front he wasn't paying attention when I was ordering he got offended and started staring me down until I asked what his problem was. He told me I was an ass hole. This happened in front of a line of customers. I asked for his manager, explained what happened and she took him to the back without saying anything to me at all. I never received an apology from the employee or manager. As a person who spent years working in and managing restaurants this is an absolutely ridiculous way for an employee to treat your customers and it wasn't handled well by the manager on duty. This happened at around 6:30 10/13/2026.

When the girls would come out and put the orders on the shelf they did so carelessly to where the multiple people had to shuffle through the bags looking for their order. The food was cold, and very light as chipotle is known for skimping portions not to mention I had a horrible stomach ache after eating it. Oh yeah. Clean your restaurant.

She made the whole line wait while she was talking and yelling to coworkers as of we the customers are bothering her. She has no eye contact or even acknowledge you as a person. Everyone felt a way after her unwelcoming service. She needs to be retrained or find a job that fits her nasty personality. This is Kenwood not her house.

They are perpetually understaffed, dirty dining area, and constantly run out of food. Go to El Racho Grande instead. Better food, better staff, better restaurant. Some times the extra money just means better. Don’t be fooled by their AI response to reviews. They do not care!
