  This chipotle is in the mall which makes it super convenient for shopping too. I got a chicken bowl with brown rice, corn salsa, guacamole, black beans, and lettuce. I ended up removing all the lettuce because of an issue I’ll put below. This was by far the most disgusting bowl because of the chicken. Just about every single chicken piece had something extremely hard in it. I couldn’t figure out what it was but when I went to the counter to ask a lady literally told me it wasn’t her problem and refused to make me another bowl. I didn’t argue with her and just walked away and threw the bowl out. Wasted my money and time waiting in this line. Not to mention the lady with black & yellow hair was an issue when she was making my bowl. I personally am allergic to tomato’s. I asked her to change gloves because I’m allergic to tomato’s and told me they are too busy for that. There was a customer 2 before me where she cupped the tomato’s in the spoon with her hand. Not to mention she was cleaning off the messy counter and then rubbing it onto her apron. Her apron was filthy because of this. I guess they don’t use cleaning rags to do this? It was disturbing and gross. She seemed irritated when people asked what to put in the bowl after the very nice gentleman handled the first step of tortillas, bowls, meats, and rices.

  Horrible service. Waited 20minutes in line. There must have been 8 employees in the store, with 5 doing nothing for the customers. despite 2 people prepppibg, they were out of half the ingredients. Staff was rude. Took over 5minutes to pay since no one was manning the cashier. Food was bad. Chips were hard and refried? (2 visible colors on them). Worst chipotle experience I ever had on all points. This place should be closed and the manager and the entire staff fired

  Dirty kitchen, food everywhere , very unorganized . Once my food was prepared it was left on the food board and no one rang me out . I left.

  This location is fascinating. There are these phenomenal kids and 20 somethings that offer fantastic service and manage the ebs and flows of mall traffic with grace. Then you have this overlord style manager who clearly sucks the life out of his employees. If I had to guess he wears a mask to protect his identity as he comes and goes through a mall of repeat customers. On the days he isn’t there it is 5 stars and the employees even take the time to give complements and smiles to the guests. When he is there it looks like everyone is about to cry and certainly in fear of making a mistake.

  Chipotle is one of my favourite restaurants. But they have one of the worst managers and management ever in this location! I was just there, was talking to her, she was like Oh we’re gonna tell the security if you want to stay here, and she wasn’t even trying to tell me why or how or what happened! She told me I was banned! I was banned for no reason, and because someone felt uncomfortable because I ordered from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You need a good manager, and not a like that girl at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
