  I’m so sick of ordering online and getting near empty bowls, every single time I order online my food is never ready on the shelf for pick up, even if I show up later than my pickup time, and it’s never adequately filled. I shouldn’t have to pay for double everything just to get a bowl that’s STILL not even full how it should be. Usually I stand there for a good 5 minutes to be asked what my order is, even if it’s not busy, when it should already be sitting on the shelf.

  This has to be the worst experience i’ve ever had at a Chipotle. My partner and I walk in for a mobile order. It doesn’t appear to be understaffed at all, however the line for ordering was so backed up, you couldn’t even hardly walk in. The napkin and drink station was completely wiped out. The six trash cans were so full that the people just started leaving their trash on the tables and then no one had anywhere to sit. We come here often and it’s almost never a good experience. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:30 and wasn’t ready until 7. If you can’t have an order ready by a specific time, don’t make the time available as an option to be ready. On top of that, the mobile order lady handed us the bag, we start to walk out the door and we open the bag just to check to make sure everything was there and the container of queso spilled everywhere (free reward) . We then go back up and she attempted to wipe everything off. We then get home, and get the bowl out and the queso was still all over the other side of the bowl. We understand things happen and we understand that places like this can be busy, run behind and things can be missed, but tonight this place was absolute disaster and we will not be returning anytime soon.

  Love the Honey Chicken, but the chicken was a little grainy and extra salty on this visit.

  My daughter and I recently visited Chipotle and it was not a good experience. I have never been so disappointed with the food, service and cleanliness at Chipotle. Once we received our food and went to sit down, there wasn’t a booth that was clean to sit at. My daughter went up front and asked if someone could please clean a table for us and the girl seemed very put out that we should ask such a thing. Once she cleaned the table, it was sopping wet as were the seats and she left it that way. My daughter went to get napkins to dry things and there weren’t any in the holder so she asked for some at the counter. Our bowls had water in the bottom. They were so soggy that when we packed up our leftovers we worried that the bottoms would fall out. The bottoms did fall apart when we went to remove them at home. I have always loved Chipotle and I hope this was an isolated incident. It will likely be a while before we return.

  My visit this Sunday afternoon on July 12 was the most befuddling experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. Those 2 young guys today were the laziest people I’ve ever encountered. I thought I was on an episode of impractical jokers. When we arrived.. there were 6 paying customers in line.. we didn’t get to the food window for at least 10 minutes. But boy did we find out why…. junior decided to remove his plastic gloves for the next minute. He used another minute to put on a new pair. He most kindly spent 2 minutes subsequently wiping down the counter. I thought he was about to take my order.. but then something pressing happened.. the cheese bin was deemed empty. Junior proceeded to tell me about the stress and strain of his job .. before he could unwrap and replace the cheese bin. He then needed a few moments around the corner to inform his buddy of this recent accomplishment. However, he next discovered his newest situation.. new gloves were needed .. immediately.. or rather over another fresh set of 2 minutes. Finally, I was about to begin conveying my order. However- junior was out of burrito wraps. Just one more minute, please.. ahh that’s better, we have burrito wraps. Let the fun begin. My exact words were - i am ordering for 2 - one burrito and 1 bowl. Guess what… junior put the burrito in the bowl. I cautiously reminded him from 4 seconds prior, that the bowl and burrito were for 2 people. Junior profoundly and excitedly recalled this wondrous detail, and not very quickly replaced the burrito adjacent to the bowl. It was now time for rice.. Chapter 2 .. coming to this review sometime around the New Year. Meanwhile, I may eat my bowl soon. Thank you for your time.. and if you value yours - RUN.
