  Its 5.pm on oct 12, th 26. Just drove in from Tennessee going to west Virginia. Stopped for dinner and let me tell you how horrible our experience was. There were no customers when we walked in, not 1! There were 3 or 4 young girls there laughing and cutting up.... you could tell they were not prepared for the dinner rush at all! The food looked dry and like it had been there all day! We waited at the counter to pay for our food. Over 5 minutes. The food was luke warm at most.... the burrito bowls we ordered weren't even hot to the touch of the bowl!¡ The queso was like a bowl of pudding. There was absolutely no ice in the drink machine. After we sat down to eat we watched a girl empty 5 buckets of ice into the bin! That's only because however had to inform them it was empty! The music was loud and horrible! Do better chipolte! Get some one in here to teach these kids how to prep a restaurant! Management had to have been out of the building or things would have been better!

  My whole order was wrong and the lady that made the food was very very rude. They had trash on the floor not just a little bit it’s like someone knocked the trash can over and that was behind the counter. I don’t have an option to upload the picture i took smh

  I placed an order through their website, they were out of steak, they didn't tell me until I already drove all the way to the store. To get a refund, they aren't able to do it in store, and you have to go through the trouble of getting a refund through a customer service phone number. The customer service will try to offer you a credit to get an order within the next 30 days... and you have to tell them that it's unacceptable and you need it refunded to your original form of payment if you want your money back. I'm not accepting a credit only good for 30 days when the food I paid for was never provided. That's crazyyy.

  Waited 15 minutes in line due to the slowest line worker I’ve ever seen at chipotle, and they decide to wait until you’re up to tell you they’re out of core items. Note there was like 3 people ahead of me, with normal orders. Was not slammed.

  Worst chipotle I’ve been to. Incredibly dirty and messy. The line was not clean, most tables were dirty, and trash was overflowing. The bathroom reeked of urine as there was a bunch on the floor. Slow on the line and poor execution. The worker made my bowl a sour cream soup. All lemonades were empty. Chips were stale. Went at 6pm on a Saturday and had only about 7 people in line, which means this is a poorly run shop. Don’t waste your time here.
