I ordered through the app for delivery since my car is in the shop and I was unable to drive up there. They said I had to come into the store to get my remade burrito. I am beyond disappointed by this experience and I will not be ordering from here again.

Half our city is without power, and the AI ABSOLUTELY REFUSES to patch us thru to the local restaurant to see if they have power or not. It INSISTS that you place an order. Is the corporate dictatorship that afraid of human interaction? Why would I place my order with a restaurant if it has no power? Will not be ordering Chipotle again. I pay for humans to have jobs, not to corporate dictatorship comfortable.

The serving spoon should be filled with a spoonful of meat, NOT HALF AND CHARGE THE CUSTOMER EXTRA FOR A STANDARD PORTION!!!!! I said something this time! So the kid proceeded to argue with me. You could literally count the morsels of chicken! In no way was I unreasonable about the amount of meat that was in that bowl. It gets better tho we get our meal home started eating and I pull a piece of fricken foil out of my food!!!! The amount of money the customer is charged here , they shouldn’t have to worry if the employees are going to play games with the portions
