  Delhi Chipotle gotta be the worst chipotle around. The only reason I keep going is because it’s 5 mins from my house vs 20 mins to the next closest. It’s like an abusive relationship in that I get served crappy food every time I go and I tell myself well maybe next time they’ll do better, only do be served crappy food again. You ask for something on your bowl/burrito/taco and it’s guaranteed to be too much or too little, but what am I supposed to do? Say hey I said light sour cream and you just drenched it in sour cream so throw the whole thing away and restart? None of the workers there care in the slightest about making food right. Save yourself the frustration and go to any other chipotle around

  I placed an order 9/28 around 510 pm and the delivery driver from the chipolte app dropped it and ran, when I asked about the other bag he said he couldn't help and rushed to his car. Aren't the drivers responsible for getting all the bags off the shelves? I called the store no one answered, the app support was of little help and customer care was of little help. My family of 4 ordered $70 of chipotle and only one of the meals was delivered. I suspect the driver took the rest due to his sketchy unhelpful behavior and the tacos that were delivered were soggy. The support "help" refused to place a new order and only would refund part of the money, so my family of four was forced to go elsewhere for dinner. I should not have to pay for the delivery driver, service fees and especially the tip. My whole order should have been fully refunded. The driver should be investigated and I should receive a full refund. This is the worst service I have ever received from Chipotle. Do not go to the Delhi store or use the on line app as you have little options when your order is not correct.

  Place takes forever for service . Place wrong labels and things in bags incorrectly. Beans are not cooked at all . Always hard beans . Very disappointed. I love chipotle so much but this location can do way better with it

  This location is worse every time I come back. I just got my bowl and whoever was making it made one of the worst bowls, I actually almost walked out. Instead of waiting for more of the meat I wanted or even asking if I wanted a substitute, she sent it on down the line with the most grease and the least meat I’ve seen someone serve me at any of these stores. I actually smiled and giggled when I asked if they were waiting for more because I thought she couldn’t be seriously continuing with it like that but of course she was. Then she continued to only put 5 shreds of lettuce on my bowl, which wasn’t that full, and then watched her put more lettuce onto a bowl that got more on it than mine. Aside from that it was VERY messy, people were moving slow, and the only reason I’ll be back is when it’s been long enough that I’ve forgotten… until I’m reminded again. Just more and more disappointed every time I come back to this location.
