  The speed bumps outside are absolutely ridiculous. So tall as to be impractical. To be clear, I do not object to the presence of speed bumps — I’m sure they were needed — but the ones they put in are entirely too tall. I thought initially that it must have been a mistake and would soon be fixed. That doesn’t seem to be the case. My car is not even that low to the ground. I can’t even imagine what it’s like to try to drive over those in some low-to-the-ground BMW or something. I’m not sure you would be able to. It is my sincere hope that whatever relevant government body compels them to grind those down to a reasonable level.

  Came thru drive Ali Geers let Caser yell at me because he couldn't understand English I ordered a shake no whip cream or cherry when I asked can I get it removed he just scraped off the toppings so when I asked can someone yes help me he continues to try to over talk me at my window and when I ask manager his name she said policy says she can't give it out even thou they have name tags long story short don't go here on Saturday you might get sick from cross contamination

  I frequently order catering for my team and placed an order for a retirement party. I was contacted by Kim the catering manager regarding my order a day prior to the event to confirm the details. I was asked if I needed plates and cutlery and I confirmed I did for 30people. I found it odd that I was asked this as I had already notated on the online order I needed this and had an email confirmation listing the same. The day of pickup my concierge arrived at the store at the exact pickup time and was told the could not find my order. I contacted the exact number that Kim used the day prior by call and text but no response. We had a 15 min window from pickup to the start of our event and this delay caused us to start without food. Very embarrassing. We specifically picked this location due to the close proximity to our company. To make matters worse, the order arrived and there was NO PLATES OR CUTLERY. This caused even more embarrassment and we had to scramble to find these items for my guests. We usually order from the Oakley location and will be using that location for all future orders. For almost $200 this experience was disappointing and very unacceptable.

  This location is discriminatory towards African-American patrons. At the carryout window, they will not provide service in order of arrival. They will serve Caucasian patrons first even if you were at the window first. The employee then proceeded to ignore me even longer to make “drinks” even though no one was at the window waiting on drinks. I didn’t catch the employee’s name but she was likely management based upon her dress & how she spoke to other employees. To ignore patrons based on their appearance/ race is completely unacceptable. AVOID the Red Bank location!
