The girls taking the orders are 30 feet from the menu, and they get pretty rude when you tell them you want to see the menu first. The next guy taking the money, was pacing back and forth like he had to pee. Once we finally get up to the drive through "door" you can clearly see inside. Trash all over the floor, ice cream machine was disgustingly filthy, and the girl that was trying to figure out which order goes to who was too busy on her cell phone. Of course we got someone else's order, so we take it back to the window, and they were just completely confused. Back on the cell phone, and just handed us the same bag with someone else's order again. This place is a joke. Manager had no control over his staff. Maybe once he hits puberty he'll be able to run a restaurant. I used to love this place. Now its absolutely horrible. I will NEVER go back to this place, and will advise anyone else the same.

Denied ever allowing us to even though I have proof on the app that I have done it almost weekly before therapy and doctor appts. They just lost our business. We are signature rewards members and frequent the location often. I had to leave with an upset autistic son who doesn’t understand why he doesn’t get to eat his safe foods. Definitely doesn’t meet chick-fil-a inclusive standards.

My drink was not brought out with my meal and I asked the young man who brought my food when my drink would be coming and he said it will be right out. Safe to say 15 minutes went by. I already finished eating and my drink was nowhere to be found, had to go up on my way OUT and ask for the drink I paid for and the same thing happened to another lady with all five of her drinks were not brought out to her with her food. I don’t think you should bring out people’s food unless their drink is ready as well because that’s not their whole order so their whole order is not ready. Also shouldn’t have a manager and a staff member just sitting there bullshitting and not helping those who are waiting for their drinks. My home Chick-fil-A brings out the drink with the meal. I think this is what you guys should start doing so this doesn’t happen and people aren’t upset that they’re not getting their whole meal that they paid for and finishing their meal without their drink.
