The two lanes have speakers so close they cannot hear individual drivers and we cannot hear them. It happens, but blaming me the customer for it is not a good look when I clearly stated i had a mobile order. Had to pull into parking lot to wait on order, enjoyed 3 separate employees driving into the parking lot for work and narrowly missing my car. Hey, I get it, running late happens, but driving through a parking lot with no cars in it and nearly side swiping the clearly visible single car parked in the lot is not OK. I hope the store can learn from the Winton rd store so everyone (employees and customers) are happy and safe
