Overall, Che O'Bryonville is a nice, cozy restaurant with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
We started with the Triple Dip and the Shrimp Ceviche. The Triple Dip was tasty, especially the queso, which was definitely the standout. Overall, each of the dips was solid and pretty much what you'd expect. The shrimp ceviche was also good, although the base tasted sweeter than I expected and reminded me a bit of Thousand Island dressing rather than a traditional citrus-forward ceviche.
For entrées, I ordered the three empanadas. They were all crispy and well cooked, but the real star was the red chimichurri that came with them. It had the perfect balance of acidity from the vinegar, richness from the oil, and plenty of herbaceous flavor from the garlic, along with a nice kick from the cumin, smoked paprika, and red pepper. Everything was really well balanced and complemented the empanadas nicely.
I also tried the Choripanada. It had a great smoky flavor, but beyond that it lacked much complexity. The cheese overpowered the other ingredients and ended up making the pretzel bun a bit soggy.
Overall, it's a decent restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. One thing to keep in mind is that parking can be a bit of a hassle, as most of the surrounding street parking is paid.

We ordered half the menu and everything was absolutely delicious. The patio is shaded and comfortable and our waiter Jaxon was personable, funny, and just an overall delight. We will be back very soon.

my fiancé and i have gotten a couple of meals here before as well as empanadas to go. it’s always a treat! i recommend the paradilla for two as well as their steak and egg sandwich. if you’re into wine at all i also suggest the white malbec, it is so crisp and refreshing! one of the best wines i’ve ever had! service is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. jackson was our most recent server and he was wonderful! definitely worth stopping in even if it’s just for a couple of drinks and apps!
