The food was good, but it is not Argentinian authentic. I would reconsider if you want real Argentinian Atmosphere, the waitress is absolutely wonderful but it’s definitely not an Argentinian restaurant.

My wife and I do a weekly date night, and we try to go to different cuisines. We had been trying to go to Che for a while but never could make it work. We will not return. We had a reservation and were seated quickly, but it took over 10 minutes for a server to approach us. Once we got water and ordered drinks, it was another thirty minutes before we saw our server again. At one point we had been there for 70 minutes and seen our server twice. We ordered three different empanadas and three tacos. The empanadas came out and were just okay, and one of them was not what we ordered. The tacos were just as basic. For a better empanada I would recommend the Arepa Place. For better tacos and much faster service I’d go to Mazunte. The only part of the meal that was worth the price were the cocktails, which were solid. Che most certainly did not live up to the hype.

Great food, interesting decor, but food took a while to come out. Service was great. Server was friendly.

This was my first time having authentic empanadas and I would say that they were so full of flavor and piping hot. You could tell everything was made super fresh. The inside is absolutely beautiful perfect for a date night. I definitely will be coming back and eating inside next time.

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this gem in downtown Cincinnati, and now I completely understand why they're famous for their empanadas. Boy, let me tell you they absolutely lived up to the hype! I ordered two of the short rib empanadas and two of the mushroom and feta. The mushroom and feta stole the show for me. The earthy mushrooms paired perfectly with the creamy, salty feta, and I caught myself saying, "Mmm," after every bite. The short rib empanadas were just as impressive tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every empanada comes with their house chimichurri sauce, and it takes each bite to another level. And I can't forget the appetizer! We ordered the queso fundido, and it was incredible. The house fried chips were perfectly seasoned and great on their own, but the queso was the real star. It wasn't just melted cheese it was loaded with flavorful chorizo and topped with a fresh mango salsa that added the perfect touch of sweetness. The drinks were also reasonably priced, making the whole experience an even better value. Before we leave, I'm definitely grabbing a few empanadas to go...and here's a little secret: Pssst...they even have a take-and-bake freezer, so you can enjoy them at home whenever the craving hits! 😁
