  This location needs to figure out the line operation. I have genuinely had faster sit down meals. This is nothing against the individual employees. It feels more like a management issue. I think they could benefit from training at the Kenwood location, as it is way faster.

  UPDATE: They made me a new bowl! I recommend going during the day. Night shift seems to be rough around the edges or something. Have eaten here about 3 times so far and ordered today but the Lentil was dangerously undercooked and crunchy. Undone Lentil can cause crazy stomach problems or even require hospitalization. This meal was $20 and I’ve been calling but haven’t gotten an answer on the phone. I live nearly 30mins away from the location and can’t make it back for a replacement before they close (8/9/2026) I no longer have the receipt but I will be taking this uneaten bowl into the store tomorrow to be made again. I’ll update on if they refuse me or not.

  Food is pretty good but they are terrible at getting orders correct. If you order something on the side (sauce, pita, chips), just assume you’re not going to get it. Has happened more than 5 times to us. Especially bad with to go/pickup orders. Don’t get it unless you’re willing to go to the store and watch them make your bowl and put the sauce in the bag. Not worth the effort.

  As a restaurant manager this location is terrible customer service. The line was completely empty I stood there for five mins before anyone walked over. Then the lady walked over looked at me turned around to get gloves took her sweet time putting them on then asked me “what can I get for you”. If this was my team I would be going crazy on how rude they are. Cava is a major big states and each one I’ve gone to has been excellent I tell everyone. This one needs a reset with training

  Deserves 0, I repeat ZERO stars. Had to give them one star to be able to post this review. Not understanding how or why it takes so long to get orders out- even after being open this long. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It took TWO hours and $70 with DoorDash. Obviously service sucked! The staff doesn’t seem to know how to read- our entire order was missing 90% of the items and the items we did receive it was all wrong. VERY dangerous if you have allergies and food restrictions, which our family did. Portion was barely half filled for their “full” size. Meat (salmon) was burnt, over cooked, and dry. Everything else was wrong so we didn’t even bother to try because it wasn’t what we ordered. Sides were wrong. Dressings and sauces were wrong. It was bland on no flavor for what we did try. Beyond disappointing, probably will not order from here again.
