  Just more corporate, franchised bullslop being shoved down our throats. The most memorable aspects of your visit will be the atrocious wait times, the unbelievably unimpressive quality, and the burning feeling of pity in your stomach for the [I’m certain] underpaid and overworked associates trying to make this place into something it is not. Support your local Mediterranean spots, not this nonsense. If you absolutely must find corporatized Mediterranean food to satisfy your hunger, there is still a better option not far away, up Kenwood.

  I placed an online order through the app at 8:52PM and was shown that my order was expected to be ready at 9:15PM. At 9:40PM I asked for the status of my order and was told that it wasn’t even on their screen yet. I got a text at 10:51 PM saying that my food should be ready. I had left the store over an hour prior. I didn’t get anything. I requested a refund through the app but have not heard back. I’ll never be back. Every time I looked over at staff, they looked completely out of it.

  Myself and two coworkers ordered Cava today through their website for delivery. I've heard amazing things about their food but unfortunately, today we were left very disappointed. They did not include the side pitas that all three of us included on our order and they screwed up the dressing. Sauces were supposed to be on the side...one Balsamic date, one dill yogurt and two lemon tahini. We received two Balsamic Date and two of something else that we didn't order. In addition, the same unknown sauce was poured all over my meal, making it inedible. I was really excited to try this place but this is a terrible first impression.

  Cava’s food is amazing, but like others have said, this location has some issues. Service is shockingly slow. It took 45 minutes for 15 people to move through the line. Also, they are “out” of toppings that make no sense to be out of stock. Kalamata olives and pickled onions presumably come canned so I assumed staff didn’t feel like bothering to refill certain toppings on Sunday evening.

  So even though I’ve heard a lot of great things about Cava, my personal experience has been mediocre at best. I’ve ordered twice now and BOTH times, my order was incorrect. They were missing ingredients that I made sure showed up on the receipt before saying there was a mistake. What I did receive was okay, like just okay. Honestly, it doesn’t seem worth the hype. Both times, my husband waited 30-45min for our food. I don’t think I’ll ever be back unfortunately.
