  Food isn’t bad but waited nearly 40 minutes to receive a pickup order that was due! Staff was kind, but when I asked how long it would be, they shrugged and said “no idea.” Oh goodness. Got home and one of the orders was missing several ingredients (like the hummus—which I was really looking forward to!). Definitely won’t be back.

  Why aren’t items that are unavailable actually unavailable on the app? And why is the only way to fix a problem to go through the app? Extremely rude employees, consistently slow service, and never getting what I actually want, what a treat. Don’t waste your money here I would not recommend this place to anyone. Corporate needs to check their staff’s attitude and work ethic, I’d be appalled to work so hard opening new locations and have so much potential just to have it wasted here.

  Walked in to order and wait for awhile, make eye contact with an employee and they literally rolled their eyes at me. After about 5 mins of nobody saying anything to us someone finally walks up and ask what we want and we start going thru our order and realize they only have like 1/3rd of the menu in stock. Ended up just getting whatever they had left in a bowl. Very rude vibe from most of the staff and did not get even close to what I was looking for. I never write bad reviews for a place but this is the 2nd time I’ve been into this cava and it’s been horrible experiences both times

  Sure the food is OKAY, but you'll age a year before you get it. I've been here 5 times and every time the operational efficiency of this place is horrific. They have no idea what they're doing. The staff is so annoyed that you're there and that you're ordering. They're always out of the avocado or some other ingredient. It takes them 5 minutes just to finally make your bowl, meanwhile, there's a line of 30 people. They just have no idea how to run this operation. And the employees they get don't want to be there, and they have a bad attitude. You could go to a prison and get better service. Every time I go it's a 20 plus minute wait just to place an order. Placed an order online today, it's been 50 minutes and they still have not completed my order. I could go to a sit-down restaurant with faster service. They have absolutely no idea how to run this business, and operational efficiency is an idea they've never heard of. Completely unimpressed. Where is the manager?

  The customer service there was very rude there was a young black girl with a blue scarf around her head , did not want to replace the cold pita chips that they served me and my son. When I asked could I get some actual warm pita chips, she said, "this is not the way they do things there" and then I went back up and I asked other gentleman working on the register and he was polite and was able to exchange the pita chips. The young black lady with the blue scarf was very rude and then she went over to discuss with another worker on why they shouldn't replace my cold pita chips. Mind you when I asked how long they had been sitting out they confessed they had been sitting out for 20 minutes no one was even in a restaurant so I'm not understanding why they just had pita chips sitting out for 20 minutes and serve them to a customer. This was my first time at this particular location, I have visited the Kenwood location a few times and I've never been treated this way and always had fresh hot food. I just felt the need to let people know that there is a young black girl who works there who wears a blue scarf around her head who is very rude and please stand up for yourself. This is definitely a pet peeve of mine when going into a restaurant and paying with my hard-earned money someone being disrespectful and rude to me.
