  During rush hours every single table is dirty. The trash cans overflow. It's really a shame because I absolutely love this place. The food is incredible. For how healthy it is, it should not taste this good! This is one of my favorite spots to eat but they really need to tighten it up when it comes to wiping tables, emptying trash, and refilling the beverages. If the food wasn't incredible, this rating would be much lower. If I see improvements in future visits, I'll update this review. This should absolutely be a five-star establishment. Oh also this place is great for anyone with allergies, allergens clearly listed for every food item. If the line is long it's worth it. The line moves pretty quick and once you're through you have your food.

  One of the worst Cavas I’ve been to in along time. Sad really. I ordered from them every day giving them the benefit of the doubt. Wrong order, cold food, terrible quality of veggies I could go on and on. Avoid this Cava at all costs.

  Food tastes better when the customer service is outstanding. I love to buy food from an establishment where employees seem to love their jobs and care, because it’s reflected in the way my food is prepared. Khalil was very friendly and greeted me with a smile and my order was prepared exactly as requested. I will definitely be back!

  They have found their groove! If you counted them out because of the wait and the opening excitement, give them another try! Cava was a must have anywhere I travelled that had a location. So glad they are finally in the Cincinnati area- offering a healthy and tasty meal! Iunsty offers great customer service and always has a smile! I look forward to seeing her on our visits!

  This was my first time using the CAVA app and my first visit to the restaurant, and I was genuinely impressed. I ordered through the app but accidentally selected a pickup time an hour later than I intended. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly faces and asked how they could help. When I explained my mistake, the staff immediately said it was no problem and had my food ready within just a few minutes. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and inviting. The team was friendly, attentive, and made a great first impression. The food looked fantastic and tasted even better—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. If you’re looking for a quick, healthy, and welcoming lunch spot, CAVA is an excellent choice. You won’t be disappointed!
