  Always the go to for a SMASH BURGER and HOT LEMON PEPPER WINGS. My wife and I always go to BWW when we need some wings or just a different type of atmosphere. The atmosphere here is PRETTY COOL and cattered to his men. My wife loves the wongs also!! Thank you BWW!!! We will definitely be back.

  We had a decent experience they did sit us under the speaker and it was really difficult to talk to each other and the hostess. The music was just too loud. The food was OK. Nothing really special. The potato wedges were nice and hot though, they were probably the best part of the food. I remember a month ago one of the hosts were really rude so we left. We gave the restaurant another try.

  I went to buffalo wild wings for a great meal and this restaurant it really sucked all the way around, the cashier (Avery) brought out the to-go food, set it on the counter in front of me, my Wife was using a $25 gift card, she tried to slide in on the computer for cards and it wouldn’t work, so (Avery) said she had to go back into the kitchen for a manager’s card to input our gift card in manually, I said ok, she then grabbed our bag of food away from us, my Wife and I, (lol) and put it on a food rack about 10 ft away from us. Then left for the kitchen, so disrespectful, like we were a dine and dash power couple! Now, take in mind, they had our phone number and there is about 20 cameras inside and outside, so they had our tag number too! This Karen/Avery needs a training class in customer courtesy, very disrespectful and bland. The customer service sucked, the wings were overcooked and dry, even my dogs would not eat them, (seriously), the jumbo tots were excellent, I threw my $35.76 boneless wings in the trash, even a homeless person would have not eaten this crap. Everything is expensive nowadays, and this restaurant is a joke! I will never eat there again! A call to corporate is next tomorrow afternoon Thanks Karen/Avery you ruined my dinner!!

  I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings multiple times, and unfortunately this is now the second time we’ve noticed a very strong chlorine-like taste and smell in the wings. It’s harder to detect when the sauce is bold, but with milder flavors—like the classic Buffalo—it becomes really obvious. It honestly tastes like the wings have been overexposed to some kind of sanitizing solution. Something has definitely changed. Whether it’s a new supplier or a different preparation process, the quality is just not the same anymore. The food tasted so bad that we had to throw it away and request a refund. Really disappointing experience overall—we definitely won’t be coming back. When I brought this up to the store manager, she was very rude and dismissive. She told us, “maybe Buffalo Wild Wings is just not for you,” which felt extremely unprofessional and not at all a real attempt to resolve the issue.

  🤬 The manager here is nasty.. So today i ordered food online and due to an error on the website my order was routed to this location ... Ive never heard of this location until today.. Im a regular at the kenwood location and I went to get my food at kenwood and was told they didnt see it.. The lady told me to check the Harper location because there had been erorrs in the system and this has happened to others recently So i called the Harper location and sure enough it went there wrongfully!! I never selected this location . I got a manager who told me his name was Bradley .. I explained to him there was apparently a error when i orderd on the site it routed my order to this location.. i never heard of this location and could he refund my $25.54 back to my card .. I didnt select this location and do not know where it is...This guy had the nerve to say he is not refunding me I should have double checked my receipt .. he said $25 bucks is too much money to give back.. either i come get the food there or I get nothing ..i let him know i cant drive there ..im on my lunch break.. its a website error ..their system is obviously acting up ..he told me he did not care he told me I need to get in my car drive down kenwood until i see it because he wont refund me.. his exact words were "What do you think prepaid is for thats on you .. you should have checked the receipt .WOW!! .he was so nasty! ...he sat on the phone and argued with me like a 5 year old boy! ...I could not believe how he was talking to me as much money as I have spent with this company.. He kept my $25 buck and I never got my food Im am waiting on Corporate to return my call... Sad part is i was told they were already aware this was happening and the Harper location knew this ... Its just hard to believe they have a manager that is that disrespectful to the customers.. I got off the phone with him because i noticed he wanted to keep arguing and wanted to keep my money... Beware!!! You have been warned do not go to this location until that manager is gone... I would not want anyone else to go through that..
