  Customer service was terrible. They got my friend order wrong and mine as well. Waited 15 minutes for drink refill. They weren’t even that busy. Then I proceeded to place a takeout order for my son and it came out quickly but then had to wait another 20-30 minutes to get my check to leave. So I asked for a fresh order and the manager came over I shared our experience with her and she said she would get me a new to go order but when I got home my son couldn’t eat the food because all they did was take it and brought it back in a different bag it was cold and hard as a rock. I work in a customer service for 40 years and if that is how you train your staff to treat your customers then I will not ever be back.

  After waiting 10 mins to sit down, with no one waiting in front of us, we had to wait another 10 mins for our waitress Kaitlynn to acknowledge we were there and walk up to us to ask for drinks after ordering drinks we waited around 20 mins before she came back to ask for a food ordered. We then proceeded to wait 1.5 hours for our food to come out. Which at this point my wife was already pissed and walked out and we didn’t get what we asked for. If I could leave a zero star review I would the waitress was terrible we never got refills and she sat at another table with her family almost the entire time we were there. There were around 5 party’s of 2-4 that got there and ordered after we did who got there food and left before we got ours. Terrible service we will not be going back to this location.

  Lexus is PHENOMENAL. My delivery got literally THROWN on my porch 😑😑😒😒 she didn't even stress it. Took it and remade it immediately. Which it wasn't even on them it's on Doordash. She is ALWAYS working when I come through and is ALWAYS on point. Give ya girl a raise. She deserves it.

  Greeter’s attitude wasn’t the most welcoming. We sat at our table for about 25-30 minutes before walking out as no workers stopped at our table; ironically enough, we were seated at the table closest to the staff’s storage area and many workers came in and out of those doors, walking right past us. We chose to walk out but were stopped outside by the manager who very kindly helped us out and made sure that we were taken care of. Food and drinks were good, but as a first time at this location, I didn’t get the greatest first impression.

  The experience is pretty good. The food was what was expected as it was good quality. The service was pretty good as well and our server made sure everything was going okay. I think the biggest criticism I would have is for management to make themselves more aware of the offers that are being offered to rewards members on the app as there seem to be a little bit of a confusion with an offer that I had that was a fairly common offer that usually isn't questioned. I was told that it did not cover certain products in which I had already used the offer before at other locations when I had received it in the past, and the app clearly indicated that the items that I ordered were included, however management seemed to want to question me on it even after I showed it to them. Management was able to honor the request, however I felt like I was made to feel like I was asking for something that was above and beyond what the offer included in almost a burdensome way. It came to the point where I basically had just given up and said just give me whatever is covered through what their interpretation was of the offer, yet I finally feel like the management realized that it wasn't that big of a deal to honor the offer as it was stated in the Buffalo Wild Wings app.
