  Can’t put my order number in because they didn’t even bother to give me a receipt. I came into the store to order a take out order. The lids for the food at this bibibop or all of the locations, I don’t know, DO NOT FIT OR CLOSE, therefore, the food spills out immediately all over. When I asked for a better lid or to tape it shut or literally any kind of help, they said there’s nothing they can do and to just deal with it. I continued to say “No, you need to fix this. I cant even take my food to go because it’s gonna spill as soon as I get in the car because the lid literally just falls right off. So the lady puts two stickers in the lid and hands it to me, then it falls off IMMEDIATELY AGAIN, because she did the worst job possible of trying to close it and spent about 4 seconds doing it. The lady says she can’t do anything and refused to help at all, saying “oh yeah they’re all like that.” I’m sorry, then why haven’t you told corporate of this issue? Food costs too much these days to pay $28 to have food spilled all over my car. After I stood there, refusing to take my exposed food out without a lid that functions, another lady came over saying to just deal with it. until I stood there and demanded something so that I am able to take my food home to eat that I paid for with my hard earned money. Apparently no one there cares about customer service or cares to do their job. Thanks! I’d give 0 stars if I could.

  food took 45 minutes to pickup. they were confused about my second order. also the order was wrong

  Delicious healthy food, big portions we took so much home. Gluten free can be so tasty! Probably better than Cava with the Korean bbq beef yum yum. Free miso soup!

  Stephano was great and helped me get started on the app to get my points and free drink ✨ and the food is always good. This is my favorite bibi bio location! Always consistently good. And I’m gluten free so it’s a FAVORITE spot.
