    Ordered a double roast beef, paid for it, got a single, stone cold, got a small drink, not medium, got stone cold fries. Do better!!!

    This is my favorite location in cincinnati. They are always nice and helpful. Today they having a problem with the app and the registers. So they gave me my meal for free. I was just getting the free turnover and mozzarella sticks for your birthday. I didn't get the name of the young man that help me, I really appreciate it.

    I was so excited about the new sandwich. The Royale. Way to much garlic. That's all you taste. Heart burn out of this world. Called to talk to the manager. Shes not a problem solver actually very unprofessional but, they got the beef. Don't be beefin with them. I will never go back.
