  I just wanted to say that this is the most unprofessional Arby’s I’ve ever been too. They gave me a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with NO chicken and I also asked for no tomato’s on it and it came with tomato’s. I paid $13 for a bread sandwich with bacon. and then when I tried calling, I called twice. They shut off their phones. So unprofessional and genuinely the worst place.

  Placed an order at the counter with Alyssa. We showed the app code for a free sandwich. When she typed it in, it wasn't accepted. She acknowledged that it should have been but told us that the store and app have nothing to do with each other so there was nothing she could do. We asked to speak to a manager to see if they could figure it out and she said she was the manager and there was nothing to be done except for us to call corporate. I'm not sure what the point of the app is if you have to call corporate to get it accepted. I'm also not sure why a store manager couldn't override something and be more helpful.

  Ive come here for years, its not a church, thats next door. I dont wanna hear about Christ over the radio. Turn the music back. Food was good, and staff was friendly though. Bit expensive still.
