  This place is responsible for my new coffee and 7brew energy addiction. Not only are they always friendly and helpful when I can’t remember how to order a complicated drink but they help me not over pay. I love the fact the coffee and espresso never taste burnt like some other places…. But also they have the best combinations and suggestions of flavors to try. The lines move quick too. And everyone is always happy. I always tell them I’ll see them tomorrow and they laugh because they know it’s true. Thanks for starting my day off amazing!

  I waited over an hour just to have my order taken. Employees were socializing and hanging out instead of taking orders or making drinks. Not exaggerating, I’ve been sitting at the front for the last 15 minutes watching two employees giggling and talking and I don’t know where the rest of the crew is, but I can’t see a single person making drinks. I’ve worked food service before, so I have experience with this kind of thing and let me tell you, only come here if you want the least efficient experience possible. Every time I’ve come here there’s been a long wait and it truly seems to be because of absolutely horrendous planning and execution. Once you’re in line you’re pretty much stuck. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but I truly do not understand why people come here.

  Line is extremely long and moves slow. The way they have their two line system does not work well as one line always tends to move much faster than the other. The drinks themselves are very inconsistent and never taste the same. If it wasn’t for my gf wanting to come here I would never give this place my money!

  Waited 20 minutes in line and didn’t even receive my coffee. Previously was told that I’m eligible for a first responder discount as I am a nurse and now an employee is telling me that nurses aren’t included in the first responder discount and the only people that are are police officers and EMT and they have to be in uniform to receive the discount? Shouldn’t it be the same across the board for all 7 Brew? So disappointed and rude and such a long wait to not even get my coffee that I had to pay full price for even though I’ve previously gotten the discount???

  So, this place started off pretty good. Unfortunately, in the last month, I’ve not had very good results with the product I received. Unlike most people, I get 1 recipe every time I go. 5 of the last 7 visits, the drink has been incorrect in some way. Whether it’s half-sweet instead of extra sweet like I asked for or a flavoring that wasn’t added, it’s simply not been right. Once, i had it replaced and it was STILL incorrect. I’m putting them in a time-out for the next couple of months. My wife and I will still swing through for her, but I will not be purchasing a drink for me.
