Redhead girl had the absolute worse mannerism. She needs to learn to have better customer service if she’s going to work for the public. She was very judgmental and rude of my large order I was picking up for my coworkers. Major attitude. Side note: Coffee was delish!

Service was slow with no line. Employees complaining to each other and discussing their free shift coffee policy change.

The friendliness of the employees. Some of the seven brew I have been at very few of them walk up and asked how are you doing today? Are you enjoying your day? Are you enjoying the weather at this location? They asked me all three questions. Usually it’s was a good phone number for you.

Always a good experience and specifically had a good experience with a girl named Mack. She was very nice and attentive.

We love here usually. This time i waited as employees caught up with friends in the car in front of me for 10 minutes. When I finally pulled up another employee was complaining she got written up for being on her phone. The 2 employees continued to vent while I waited. I ordered 2 drinks. My autistic chocolate milk obsessed son- declared his yuk. His cup was spilling all over. I waited almost another 5 minutes as ALL the employees went and physically held a customers dog out of their car and fed them a pup cup then took those unwashed hands and finally brought my drink. Which was not sugar free as ordered- Im diabetic- and was basically just half and half and sugar syrup not even in the right flavor. Not happy.
