  The regular closing crew guys are 10/10, the daytime shift who works with the GM and the females is atrocious. I've literally never once paid for anl order during the day and itbe correct, always looking like slop. The closing regulars get it right every time and are actually friendly. Daytime acts mad you showed up and can't function in a basic level.

  Never fails to disappoint. There was no line in the drive thru so I pulled up and they told me before I ordered that they were extremely busy in the lobby so my order would be ready in about 10-15 minutes. I was annoyed but went ahead and got it since I wasn’t picking it up for myself, but then where they told me to pull up I could see inside the building and there was only 2 customers and only 5 cars in the parking lot so it seems like 3 employees, 2 customers. Not exactly what I would call “extremely busy.” This place never fails to disappoint though, I feel lucky just to order something and them not be out of half of the stuff on their menu. I’ll extract and eat my own organs before coming back to this clown show.

  Lady was a mean ol lady... I went in at 9... the doors were closed and said rhey wouldn't open until 930. Looking at me like I approached her house or something. Terrible terrible terrible

  Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Short haired blonde lady is very rude. Told me that because of the customer before me I had to wait because he ordered so many tacos…..I ask for a refund she walks away doesn’t have a name tag kept blurting out she wants to go home and talking trash about the customers the other two guys were as well. I will never return here. They give me my food after 20 mins and this is how the tray looks.

  Heck I wouldn’t even give a star maybe a half. I have been to the one on east main in Chillicothe. This time ordering what should have been a 5 layer burrito was just a been and cheese burrito. I wouldn’t recommend going to the one on east main.
