  Waited over an hour and a half for a small delivery order. Called twice only to get hung up on by the "manager". And when it arrived, it wasn't even right. The first time I called they said my order left 5 minutes before I called and they also asked to give them 20 minutes and if my order wasn't there in 20 minutes to call back. I gave them 30 minutes then called again to see if they knew how close my order was since it was an hour and a half since making the order and the manager took the phone away from the employee and hung up on me after being very rude over the phone. Had 2 sandwiches, 1 side, and 1 drink I paid extra for bacon on 1 sub and it is missing, also asked for it to be cut in half and it wasnt. I also paid extra for salami on my 2nd sandwich and it is missing.

  plenty of good experiences in the past but its gone downhill in the worst way. freaky fast tonight was receiving our delivery 1.5 hours after it being ordered. who wants to eat a lunch meat sandwich thats been sitting around that long? not interested in the food poisoning tonight, JJ.

  Forgot my pickles, my kick in ranch, didn’t bring food correctly, wasn’t cut in half I asked if they can bring me what was missing and she said no we can’t because we close at nine but I had to pay their delivery fee so that’s always lovely. I left the driver a tip, he was nice I mean they could have at least cut my sandwiches in half like I requested 😅 We don’t even like Jimmy John’s without the kick in ranch 🙄
