Arrived exactly at time I had previously scheduled, went to pickup area, no food there. Waited around for about ten minutes, still no food. Luckily, one employee asked the name on my order because it was behind the register the whole time. Not at the pickup area. Decent food, bad instructions. Definitely need better communication.

They’re so badly put together it’s unreal with sour cream just slapped in the corner. Oh and taking a bite is kind of a chore considering I’m getting a quarter of an onion, bell pepper or three pieces of meat in one because it’s not at all cut up, sliced or diced very well. If the cilantro were any longer I could probably pluck it out of my bowl and use it like a tooth pick. This isn’t the first or second bowl we’ve ordered from the Bridge St. location and they’ve all been the same.
