  Me and my fianceè witnessed a DISGUSTING incident where a customer was served entirely too much to drink, sat down in a booth with YOUNG CHILDREN, put his arm around their son, and then the female bartender and male manager were too busy trying to help him out of the building that they disregarded the family……they even still had a bill to pay!!!!! This situation displayed racism, lack of social justice, and disregard for minority children. We are absolutely DISGUSTED to have witnessed this!!!

  Saw the 3.8 rating on Googleand risked it. The staff was amazing. The kitchen staff needs some work. Wings had barely any sauce on them and the sandwich I got looked vegan. Drinks were good

  It takes a lot for me to have something negative to say about things like this, but I was floored. I spent $60 on food between just me and my nine year old. We’re traveling from out of state, we’ve been gone for a while, we got in late, we’re hangry so we DoorDash. I ordered my son 10 piece wings. They didn’t come, the mozzarella sticks were cold, and there was no silverware for the macaroni and cheese. We got the ranch for the wings, my $20 sandwich wasn’t even six inches long. Asked my driver and she said she grabbed all there was for me, so I called to see if they forgot them. I felt bad because I was crabby when I called because if it was a server or a host it wasn’t their fault. I was told they could remake them, me or the driver could get them but their door was shut. I said, “Remake, we didn’t even get them?” And I was told, “they should be in the bag.” I mean, they’re not, thats why I’m calling. So I asked if they were even made because they didn’t have them, they aren’t in the bag, but you have to remake them? They were never made and they were forgotten so I had to get my son food elsewhere. I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering. I’ll know better next time.

  They forgot part of our order on DoorDash. Called to ask them about it and Rachel couldn’t care any less. Even hung up on me!!!! Awful experience

  Party of 8 showed up Friday 5/29 around 9p. We wait 8 mins before a hostess came over . I asked before she sat us down are they showing the NHL eastern conference final game 5. She stated she would ask , 5 mins later she appeared back and stated the bar (BWW) doesn’t show any hockey at all . I stated to her some TVs have dateline NBC on and asked could you turn it to game , we wanted to eat and watch the game . She stated again they don’t show hockey at BWW and referred us to Roosters down the street . I was suprised not only they didn’t want our service but referred us to a different place . We went to roosters , they sat all 8 of us with no issue , and they were like yeah we show all sports ( turned the game on ). Just in the future if you want to watch NHL hockey, don’t go BWW go down Roosters .
