  Great food, but the employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker, the woman on the other side was just very unenthusiastic and snappy when I was ordering my food. When I pulled up to the window, I heard the other employees talking about me behind the window, and I got a rude remark from the window attendant as I handed my paper coupon to her. Pretty disappointing, considering I love this place.

  All employees were friendly and realistically warm, not fake or rude. Our food was freshly made, hot, and excellent. Ares was the name of the young man who was sweeping and mopping up, and he specifically kept a lane of the floor dry for us to walk out without slipping. We were also obviously the only two people in the restaurant, but Ares knocked and announced himself when backing into the ladies’ restroom to clean it. As we left, both employees behind the counter wished us a good night. Great experience!

  Great dynamic great atmosphere. I love that I get to ring the bell, but there has been a lot of accidents here. What is wrong with this place? Why does it have so many bad things happen especially the Arby‘s man watch out for him

  Arrived 15 min early than I requested my online order. Randy (training manager) was very prompt in expediting my order. Was also very courteous and friendly. Even noticed him greeting regulars as they ordered, which says a lot that there are repeat customers. Food was very good as well. Will return again as the Tesla charger is right behind the Arby’s for our road trip to/ from Indiana from NC.
