  They were very polite in drive thru and made my coffee for me. I like mine pretty plain and they did a great job and tasted great and lil creamer and mocha was it no sugar. The employees are extremely polite and I would def try them again. And loved the customer service.

  Very disappointing. This was by far the worst coffee place we have ever been to. This building and drive up lanes are impressive, but the coffee is terrible. We stopped there this past Sunday morning and ordered 3 HOT Lattes (emphasis on HOT). All 3 of them were room temperature at best. This is not an exaggeration. All three were very weak and had practically no coffee flavor whatsoever. It was like drinking watered down room temperature milk. Whoever made these lattes needs some serious training. We would have gone back to get our money back (we would not have even wanted them remade) but we were already on Bridge Street and had to run to an appointment out of town. It was a total waste of $19. We will never return or recommend 7 Brew Coffee. I’ve had better lattes from a machine at a gas station. At least they are hot.

  Denied service at 2:05 PM on 9/25/26 in the left lane of the drive through because we did not want to provide a phone number for rewards. Since when does getting a coffee mean I have to give out my personal info? We’ve been coming to this location since they opened and never once have we been forced to provide a phone number at this location or any other 7Brew location. Ridiculous!

  my order was wrong. I asked for a hot vanilla latte but received a iced latte. When I received the hot latte, it wasn't even hot. more like Luke warm. Service was not very friendly nor helpful.

  The coffee is great and the people working are always so friendly and happy, no matter what area I am in! Every single time I visit a 7Brew the staff are always friendly, they are smiling and always so helpful if I have a question about a new drink to try.
