  Drinks are not as well made as other locations. They do not wait on customers on a first come, first serve basis so use the left lane. Staff told me that's how it is when one person is working. This could be helped by closing one lane if there is a staffing shortage, but staff and the manager do not seem to care about customer service so this will likely never change. There are plenty of other drink shops in town with way better customer service!

  The workers are so sweet, the drinks are amazing, but they really need to figure out a better flow for their customers. There’s no reason one line should be giving out coffee to 20 cars while the other line hasn’t moved in 20 minutes. No one is out taking orders, they’re taking them at the window. It’s really frustrating.
