  The service here is not great. There are two lanes but they only ever service the first lane. We waited for at least 10 cars that came after us because they let the car lane just sit. This happens every time we are here.

  It was the best experience from a coffee shop ive had, the employees are also really nice and respectful! The Carmel drink is had was also amazing!

  I honestly love 7Brew! But the service I got today was completely uncalled for! First the blonde girl in the 1st lane told me she couldn’t break a 50 dollar bill which they told me they usually can? So we went to a drive thru and got change and pulled back through! The girl completely avoided me when I asked to speak to a manager. Gave me the drinks that were melted. This is ridiculous 7brew!

  Drinks are not as well made as other locations. They do not wait on customers on a first come, first serve basis so use the left lane. Staff told me that's how it is when one person is working. This could be helped by closing one lane if there is a staffing shortage, but staff and the manager do not seem to care about customer service so this will likely never change. There are plenty of other drink shops in town with way better customer service!
