  If I could give it a zero today I would. Go to the drive-thru lane. There's one guy in front of me here I hear someone taking his order, then I hear him continue to say hello hello hello hello hello hello hello and finally it looks like he got irritated and went up to the window. At that point I didn't pay attention so I'm assuming he got his food. I pull up to the drive-thru and the same thing a voice comes asking me for my order I sort of assumed it was a real human but maybe it wasn't, I give my order and then I sit there and sit there and wait and again nothing after that. So I go up to the drive-thru window, iMac and neck and pound on the window. I see no one inside, and no one comes the window. I pull away and while I'm waiting to drive into traffic I see another person get out of line and park and go to the door and the door is locked. And there's nothing whatsoever telling people that this place is closed either forever or for the day.

  Workers are very unprofessional, say they close at 1 in the morning, pulled up at 12 waited for almost half hour n nobody responded. Every order ever order always wrong. You pass the window a you see all the workers there just standing around doing nothing then watch you leave n don’t do nothing or they try to run an hide.

  Friday, May 8, 2026 about 8:00 we bought 2 Mexican pizzas and took them home to eat. They tasted nasty. When we looked the beans were burnt on the bottom. We took them back and they redid them. The second ones tasted nasty too, like the burt flavor stayed in their oven.. It wasn't long and we were sick at our stomach and got diarrhea all night. Will never eat there again!

  Placed an order on the app for 10:19am pickup. They are not open but it accepted my order and said it was being made. I used my $10 promotion code from an order earlier this week because a different location was not open. This is twice in one week at 2 different locations that they were not open. Can't cancel the order. Can't speak to anyone. No one is answering the phones. It still says it's being made at 10:51!

  I dont know what happened, but this past weeks, the Chardon Taco Bell won't let you order through the drive thru. My husband and I wanted Taco Bell for dinner. The line was long, which we assumed it would be another long wait. But to our surprise the 4 cars ahead after the head car got their order, stopped at the speaker, then drove off. We thought it was weird and maybe what they wanted wasnt available, but all 4 cars ahead? We get the the speaker and here through from one of the workers "sorry but we are only taking online order." We were confused more, so my husband ask, "Online orders?" The worker responded woth "Yes, you can pull into a parking spot, place your order and get back in line and we can make your order." We just went somewhere else. As we left, we saw only 2 workers inside, and no sign indicating that they are only doing online orders, with more cars pull into it, then leave shortly after. I feel bad for the workers in there dealing with this, but not gonna be making a stop there for while now.
