  DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Very rude and unprofessional. Apparently incompetent as well. My sister ordered a McDouble with just ketchup cheese and a single patty. What did she get two TOP buns with cheese and ketchup. We removed one patty which was clearly stated on the order. The manager that helped when we said something took the burger told her employee she needed a patty on it. From the second we walked in the door you could hear management screaming mad it was taking eleven minutes for a drive thru order not dine in but drive thru where there was already a man waiting for much longer. My mom ordered a ranch snack wrap as soon as she took a bite the tortilla was hard and started crumbling. I don’t need to mention the fries cause it’s normal here but very old and nasty. It was a table side order. Normally they’re supposed to fill all your drinks and walk it to your table. They did not do that they called our table number out as I walked up to grab it the lady knocked one out of the two specialty drinks down and just picked it up and walked away left it and the counter all sticky. As a previous general manager of a fast food chain this is absolutely unacceptable. Chardon needs to get their shit together. After one o’clock in the afternoon it’s a horrible place to go. Train your management staff or get rid of them. I hope this reaches the right people for something to be done. A waste of money on garbage. Already used the website and added all details necessary.

  I ordered a milkshake and a plain double cheeseburger as my meal and when i arrive home after my long day and open up my burger i find that in between 2 patties was a single pickle covered in ketchup. I wish this was a joke review the service at this location is unbelievable and it’s a bunch of kids that mess with your food with absolutely no regard to the fact that this is someone’s meal. Manager was the one to hand me my food and didn’t ever give me my milkshake. I will not be eating here again. If your genuinely hungry please for pete’s sake go anywhere else unless you want a lunch table amalgamation for full price.

  The lady with pink hair was licking the whipped cream off of people's drinks while taking orders in the drive thru. Don't order any drinks with whipped cream on it 😬

  This McDonald's didn't disappoint. The service was fast, we were in and out, the food was fresh and the fries still hot.

  This place does not always give me my exact order so I’m taking back my 5 star because there was two people in the drive thru total. Why am I missing food?? Also I was not even spoken to by the purple haired worker. Like oh okay usually we say “have a good night!” I was kind the whole time even saying thank you. Next time I’m back I’ll sit there and sift through my food to make sure I have everything.
