Ignores me the first time and then the second time as well. As little as 2 minutes in drive thru. I told him not to take it personally and he rolled his eyes. Then the food was terrible and cold. Needs to work on fundamental skills and customer service skills because I didn’t see any of that.

Both sandwiches the meat was hot, bun fresh and very tasty. The Arby's hamburger is by far the best hamburger in the local area. Having this level of consistency was a bit surprising but well done to the staff.
