  This is THE best Outback is the Dayton region! The management (Alyssa) is amazing. She roams the dining room making sure everyone and everything is taken care of - so professional! The wait staff, especially, Keefer (bar) is outstanding! So caring and personable. Food is always on point and delicious - cooked to perfection. We really have no complaints at all! Kudos all around!

  This outback location the Centerville is truly one of the best operations in Area! Alyssa runs A totally professional team, dedicated to quality food and outstanding service In fact the bartender Keefer is one of the best bartenders in the region! We totally love coming to this place!

  Came in 50 minutes before closing, I work night shift so those are the hours Im active on my off days. Had to ask for bread, steaks were overly tough for New York Strip and over seasoned. The Manager and another server refilled our drinks because I guess ours couldn't be bothered to, God forbid people come into the restaurant after 9pm. Asked for some bread to take home, not crazy considering we spent $70 for 2 people, and we waited for over 10 minutes at our table until we eventually just walked out. It was over priced and the atmosphere feels like a millennial designed it to be an upscaled mcdonalds.

  I've always given rave reviews of Outback, but not on Aug 17. The floor was dirty, there were open tables, but covered in dirty dishes. They ran out of Sweet potatoes on a Monday. They charge an additional $3.49, for asparagus, which is usually fine, but when it looks and tastes pathetic, not ok. Our server was brand new and he did his best with what he had to deal with. He remained professional, even delivering bad news. I felt bad for him trying to operate when the restaurant was clearly not supporting him. The experience ended our rave reviews and probably not going there again.

  We used the app to get on the wait list. Got a seat 15 minutes earlier than wait list showed. Hostess was very friendly. Our waitress, Divine, was excellent. Met the owner/manager who was friendly and welcoming. The food was prepared perfectly. Music was set at the perfect volume, restrooms were clean. It was definitely worth the 1 hour drive to visit this Outback! We will be back. Highly recommended.
