Inspired by the taste of modern Europe and the ambiance of the late 19th-century Victorian era, Chef Margot Blondet set out to create a sexy, sophisticated dining and cocktail experience.
Nestled in Centerville’s historic Uptown neighborhood, Manna offers its guests a journey through time and culture. The property maintains its original, historic architecture while housing Manna’s sleek, sensual cocktail bar and modern Victorian-era dining room both peppered with carvings, sculptures, chandeliers, and marble from Blondet’s travels across the globe!
Manna’s menu blends together rich European culinary traditions with that South American je ne sais quoi that is Blondet’s legacy. Bold, provocative cocktails and a chic wine program suggest that salvation is just around the corner.
Both bartenders made creative and delicious cocktails! 10/10 service, can’t wait to come back!

Wow. Wow. Wow. Got the calamari and ceasar salad with chicken. Best dishes I've had of both. John, my server, was so knowledgable, so attentive, and overall an absolute pleasure. I would give this establishment 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

We made our Mother’s Day reservation about 2–3 weeks in advance for a Saturday evening and had requested outdoor seating if the weather allowed. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our 5:00 PM reservation. The host was welcoming, although our request for outdoor seating appears to have been overlooked, and we were seated upstairs instead. We also learned after being seated that Happy Hour cocktails and appetizers were only available at the bar area, which would have been helpful to know beforehand since Happy Hour ran until 6:00 PM.
The upstairs dining room was lively, though the tables and chairs were placed fairly close together, making conversation feel a little less intimate. The chairs themselves were also quite tall and not the most comfortable for dining.
Overall, the food was flavorful and well seasoned. We especially enjoyed the Beet Salad and the Cauliflower Balls as appetizers. I ordered the Lomo Saltado Risotto, and despite my filet being more well done than requested, I would still order the dish again because the flavors were excellent. My dad enjoyed the Short Rib Ragu, though we felt it could have included a bit more short rib. My husband’s Arrachera de Peru (skirt steak) was also cooked more done than expected, but it still tasted very good. My mom enjoyed the lamb chops, although the couscous was a bit dry.
The cocktails were definitely a highlight of the evening. I highly recommend the Spicy Sarah Strong and the Manhattan Memories — both were excellent.

Our 2nd time visiting and we had not only an even better experiance than the first ( which was awesome) but we got lucky enough to have Deb as our server. She was so sweet , down to earth and made our experience a 10!

We celebrated our anniversary at Manna this weekend. While the restaurant has good potential and the flavors were generally good, the execution fell short. The potatoes and vegetables arrived lukewarm, and the service was inconsistent—our server was attentive at times but needed multiple prompts to bring items we had already ordered.
While the food prices are reasonable, the drink prices felt quite high ($56+ for two 'Manna Full Proof' cocktails). Due to the slow pacing and execution issues, we didn't have time to send food back. It was a disappointing experience for a special occasion, and we won't be rushing back.
