Inspired by the taste of modern Europe and the ambiance of the late 19th-century Victorian era, Chef Margot Blondet set out to create a sexy, sophisticated dining and cocktail experience.
Nestled in Centerville’s historic Uptown neighborhood, Manna offers its guests a journey through time and culture. The property maintains its original, historic architecture while housing Manna’s sleek, sensual cocktail bar and modern Victorian-era dining room both peppered with carvings, sculptures, chandeliers, and marble from Blondet’s travels across the globe!
Manna’s menu blends together rich European culinary traditions with that South American je ne sais quoi that is Blondet’s legacy. Bold, provocative cocktails and a chic wine program suggest that salvation is just around the corner.
Overall it was fine. I suppose that's the word for this review, "fine." Nothing was really bad but nothing was extraordinary and, or validated the pricing. Highlights were the bread service, scallops and empanadas, all appetizers. The entrees: lamb chops which were tiny and overdone served with a mountain of couscous but definitely not worth $55. The Arrachera De Peru, wonderful flavors, but the one sprig of brocolli, while charred was raw and the mashed potatoes were fine. Since this was our first time we were all in so dessert was next. The semi-freddo was a hit but the cheesecake was just less than fine; burnt on top, unbalanced flavors and poorly plated. The stand-out of the evening was Deb our waitress, gracious, attentive just enough and kind. The evening was fine and we ate everything but for the prices it should be better than fine.

Attended a business engagement at Manna and it was a great experience! The rissoto was delicious. Would definitely return on my own to try other menu items. Staff were excellent. The entire building is beautiful and artsy.

We came for a tea party. Food was amazing and they made great accommodations for allergies! Tea selection was wonderful and diverse. Service was a little short-tempered and bitter. The music seemed a little off mood for a tea party, but still overall pleasant!

We went to Manna for a glass of wine and dessert on a Saturday night (around 8:30 pm) after giving up on trying to have a nice dinner at a "wine bar" across the street (definitely do NOT recommend said "wine bar"). Manna is beautifully decorated and the staff were attentive and friendly. The wine was excellent and the chocolate tuxedo cake was delicious. We sat at the bar, which was full of couples have a late bite or enjoying cocktails. While we did not have dinner here, the food that came out being served to others, looked to be high quality, plated elegantly and very appetizing. We will definitely be back for dinner or just a night on the patio for drinks and appetizers.
Edit 7/31/26 we finally went for dinner and it was absolutely
delicious. I am salt sensitive and requested my entree not include any extra salt, however we forgot to request the calamari not be salted (actually I didn’t think it would come salted) and it was really really salty. Even for my husband. Whoever is in the kitchen needs to take away the salt shaker from at least one of the cooks. Other reviews mention how salty the food is… Manna needs to take note of this, it’s one of the reasons we waited so long to try dinner here.

Went to dinner Sunday evening with a party of six for a signature birthday for my wife. Had an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end The restaurant ambience was perfect. The service impeccable & the food outstanding. From appetizers thru desert, the variety, taste, quality & presentation of the meal was wonderful. Very nice selection of unique entrees. Their sigature cocktail selection is outstanding. Deserts were also delightful. Will be making this one of our go to places for a special dinner in the future.
