  Ordered at drive thru. 2 regular roast beef 2 sides and the "limited time" Angus cheese steak deluxe. Glad I checked the bag! Both roast beef sandwiches were missing. Had to go inside. I heard a few F bombs dropped in back by the guys making the food. When I opened my cheese steak, the disappointment set In! The bun was burned, there was no lettuce, and tomato as advertised. The "meat" didn't even fill up the length of the bun. Whole experience was terrible. Grumpy workers and bad food! I've given this Arby's SO many chances, but after this, I'll just hit up McDonald's down the street!

  Just picked up a drive-thru order. Order handling less prompt. The food was good.

  Drive through. No straws. The roast beef was not sliced up completely. The gyros did not have extra sauce as requested.
