  Ordered a double. Got a cheddar and onion that tasted like somebody peed on it. Wife liked her turkey sandwich but we had to go through the drive-thru again to get it. Fries were pretty good. No sauces napkins or ketchup. We now keep a little book in the car. THAT Arby's has been RED LINED!

  Ordered at drive thru. 2 regular roast beef 2 sides and the "limited time" Angus cheese steak deluxe. Glad I checked the bag! Both roast beef sandwiches were missing. Had to go inside. I heard a few F bombs dropped in back by the guys making the food. When I opened my cheese steak, the disappointment set In! The bun was burned, there was no lettuce, and tomato as advertised. The "meat" didn't even fill up the length of the bun. Whole experience was terrible. Grumpy workers and bad food! I've given this Arby's SO many chances, but after this, I'll just hit up McDonald's down the street!
