  I ordered delivery through the website. Missing around $20 worth of food. I tried to call to complain about it, and each time I kept getting redirected back and forth. Nobody at the store would pick up the phone. Great job y'all, you got a thief working there. Didn't receive my 2 liter, 2 sets of 8 boneless wings, or order of fries. Not to mention, your delivery driver kept trying to guilt trip and mooch a bigger tip out of me. This isn't the first time he's done it either. No clue what his name is, but I'm sure you've received similar complaints about this person.

  Walked in for a carryout with some dude blasting music in his car in the parking lot. Car wreaked of weed as I walked by. Came out with my pizza and dude from the car gets out with delivery bags. Nasty nasty nasty. Thats who's delivering your pizza people. Just take that into consideration. White 4 door sedan. Looked like a Hyundai

  Overall, my experiences here have been great, and the recent remodel really took this location to another level! The food quality is consistently amazing, which is why I keep coming back. I especially want to recognize Amanda and Brandi—they are both incredibly attentive and major assets to your team. ​I do have a few constructive points that I hope management can address: ​Buffet Punch Cards: I love the punch card system, but the location frequently runs out of them. The local staff handles this beautifully and shouldn't be blamed, as it seems to be an inventory supply issue from upper management. Please ensure this location stays stocked! ​Salad Bar Lettuce: The salad bar is one of the main reasons I visit because I love the creamy Italian dressing. However, about half the time, the lettuce appears aged or like it has been frozen. Consistent, fresh greens would make a massive difference. ​Restroom Cleanliness: The bathrooms are often in poor shape and have a noticeable odor. First-time customers often judge the cleanliness of the entire kitchen by the state of the restrooms. While I overlook it because the hot food is so good, it's an area that definitely needs attention. ​Thank you for always providing great food and hosting such a wonderful staff!
