  This is a new location that recently opened. For any bad experiences anyone has had, hopefully there has been time for the staff to get settled and focus on quality control with each interaction. We also are over dependent on giving one star from one interaction, which is understandable when there is an expectation. If course, I cannot think of a single place that I’ve ever been to and not had at least one bad experience.

  Drove through and was not asked to up charge to all meals to large, and also they asked to donate we said no, so they wanted the drinks back and then gave us a 1.20 instead of doing this for 3 full meals, then they asked us to return the food and we had not even received it, then asked us to drive back around, so the manager was very rude and needs to be retrained, this was a horrible experience, sad we we’re happy getting a McDonald’s so close, we will drive to Franklin or Germantown for now on.

  Literally somehow messed up our entire order and when we tried to explain it to the girl she seemed supperrr confused. It was almost impressive, they had also messed up a woman behind us order and she was being lowkey rude about it but the girl remained kind so I’m gonna give them props for that.

  Pulled up 3 min until lunch, was told they couldn’t take our order until 3 min was up, we parked and waited, pulled back up to drive through and ordered 3 kids meals and a Big Mac meal, they gave up drinks and asked us to pull over in a waiting spot, we waited 15 min and they brought out 3 kids meals. My husband told them they forgot his Big Mac meal, they went inside and 5 min later brought out a bag with just a Big Mac, no fries. At that point we just left. Probably won’t go back. There was maybe 3 people in line to get food and nobody eating inside.

  waited 20 minutes for food. order came out and the food was great. however, we never received two of the drinks we ordered. waited another five minutes to be seen at the counter. then waited another 10 minutes to only get one of our drinks. service is horrible. drive thru should be fine to go through. never go into the restaurant. the service and speed is unacceptable
