Check your bags before you leave and get a reciept! I have sympathy for them because they're often short staffed but paying for food and then not getting it is frustrating.

Next time...don't pull ahead...just stay at the window until they give you your order. They totally skipped our order with no explanation. On top of that....that made us late to an event we had to attend....and still no food. 0/5 stars.
