- AFAndrew FarabeeApr 16, 20261.0I placed an order on the app and went to pick it up. They never received the order but I got charged...no big deal...so I asked for the manager to see if we could make it right. The manager walked out with about 4 other people, not im uniform I might add...Carol (the manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional from the get go and refused to provide a refund or make the sub I was charged for. Its been 3 days and I have yet to receive a refund or a call back from any sort of management.

My subs were barely toasted to where the cheese wasn't even melted and the woman did not want to put appropriate amount of toppings on subs. She was very rude despite myself being very polite. Do not recommend and plan to avoid this place if changes are not made.

The lady that made my sub told me that it was either the sub options on the wall or the sun options on the wall, no customization except for the cheese and a no topping option. I am very disappointed as I have a very specific order and I was unable to order my sandwich. And I thought that you could customize, as it’s part of the slogan, but I guess I’m not “eating fresh” today!
