- TBTy BMay 1, 20261.0I walked in to pick up a pizza I had ordered and immediately noticed an employee outside smoking while talking to someone in a car. Within seconds, he came back inside, went behind the counter, and began shaping dough without washing his hands. That alone was disgusting, but then I saw another employee handling cash turn around and go straight to the same prep area without washing their hands either. The entire situation was extremely unsanitary and honestly shocking. What made it worse was how normal this seemed to the staff. no one addressed it or took any steps to correct it. I left without my order because I didn’t feel comfortable eating food prepared under those conditions. I had used rewards that were set to expire that day to pay for the pizza, so I was unable to get a refund or reuse them after leaving but I'm okay with that because I wouldn't return there if they paid me. This experience was unacceptable, and I will be reporting it to the health department.
