Tonight was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Our server (Violet) was so sweet, the food was cooked perfectly-no complaints from the whole table-and the vibe was just really great. None of us left hungry, 10/10 would come again.

The salad sweet potato and baked potato. We're great as usual , but our steaks were extremely tough and unsatisfying. I very seldom complain , but if I don't tell you , you will never know that you may have a problem. Both my New York strip and my lady's center cut sirloin. In no way, met you're high standards of the past.Thank you very much have a blessed day. So sorry Donald W Millhone & Charlotte Galbraith.

Last night, August 18th, I ate at your restaurant for the first time. The bread and our blooming onion appetizer were delicious. From there on out, things went downhill rapidly. I ordered a well-done burger and fries for less than $16. My sandwich came very 'rare'. Barely the outer 1/8th inch of the thick burger was lightly browned. My five dinner companions all agreed that they couldn't eat it, either, so I requested to have it well done. I did get another burger rudely slapped down in front of me by some lady. (I found out later that normally the manager would deliver the second meal and apologize. She was not the manager on duty, and did not apologize) And I was charged for two burger meals, too. My bill was over 34.00. (Again, I found out later that I shouldn't have been charged for either burger. The first one should have been free for being wrong, and the second one free for the inconvenience of the wait. This was my first time eating at an Outback Steakhouse, and I had no idea what their policies are)I'm fairly certain that is not your restaurant's normal procedure, so I imagine our waiter probably made a new invoice after I left the restaurant and put the excess money into his own pocket. (I was not given a receipt to take home. I put my cash in for the waiter to take to the register, and didn't find out until later that all the others at my table had gotten receipts back. I didn't.) To say I was shocked at such a blatant display of anger and animosity at an innocent request is putting it mildly. I had never before requested a change to a meal in a restaurant, so I cannot compare this behavior with other restaurants. However, I live in Holmes County in the middle of a christian community, and can only deduce that probably my experience last night was not what I would have experienced in a more local restaurant. I guess in Canton, not everyone is a churchgoer like I am used to. I prayed this morning that God would bless that nasty waiter and grill cook with a good day, so that they can respond in a kind manner to their customers. I'm only giving you one star because giving a zero star review is not possible. This was my first, and, hopefully my last, experience with eating at an Outback Steakhouse. *** I would like to mention that Shawn, the manager, contacted me and was very gracious and kind. He pointed out the three or four things that were not handled according to their normal policies, heartily apologized, and will be sending me gift cards in the mail. I give him five stars for his response, and the manner in which the matter was resolved.
