  Worse treatment and service I've encountered. I travel to Canton a few times a week for work. On 4/30/2026 I went in, was wanting lunch but it was not yet 10:30. Within a 10 minute period I was told to order or leave 3 times. I placed a table service order at 10:09 for breakfast which I did not even want. I then waited another 10 minutes when the same employee stood me to leave. I asked where my food was that she demanded I order and showed her my app order receipt. I was then told that they had been calling my order. I ordered table service, to be brought on a tray and my food had been sitting bagged on the counter. I was not aware I needed to listen for anything since I ordered table service. I asked for a refund and was told yes absolutely. The way I was talked to and treated was unprofessional to say the least. I've not received my refund, I've called the store, no answer and I do not live in Canton. I've contacted corporate and am now contacting the Ohio Attorney General Office for fraud and the B. B. B. You've stolen my money and I want it back

  I’ve never seen a location use their pull-up spots more than this one. Half the time they are all filled because service is so slow. The employees at the first window are usually nice but the ones at the second window are never personable.Never a response when I say thank you.
